The On-Field Host / Emcee / Hype person is a key member of the gameday operations crew, responsible for improving fans' in-game experience leading the execution of all fan-facing pregame activities and in-game promotions. The ideal Host/Emcee must be engaging, outgoing, and enthusiastic and further be comfortable in front of large crowds and fans of all ages.
The Host/Emcee will report directly to the Promotions Coordinator and work alongside the gameday operations crew to ensure a high-quality production.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong stage presence and comfortable engaging large crowds in a family-friendly environment
- Ability to memorize scripts with the capacity to improvise.
- Ability to execute fan activations in the allotted time (30-90 seconds)
- On-camera experience is a plus.
- Working as the emcee requires you to be the primary entertainer for the team during all Express home games, therefore we ask that you review our home schedule to ensure that you can make such a commitment.
- Candidate must have a reel of work and provide us with a link to view performances.
