Project Description
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to capture, edit, and produce dynamic video content that highlights the excitement of Reno Aces baseball and engages fans across digital platforms. Interns will support video content creation for games, events, and marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to the full video production workflow and building a strong portfolio of sports-focused video content.
Areas of Learning
- Hands-on experience capturing high-quality footage at home games, community events, and promotional activities, with a focus on storytelling, energy, and brand alignment
- Edit video content for use across social media platforms, in-stadium videoboard presentations, marketing campaigns, and partner deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming and developing compelling storylines and concepts for recurring video series and features
- Learn best practices for organizing, cataloging, and maintaining video assets within the team’s digital library
- Support efforts to maintain consistent video quality, visual standards, and brand alignment across all content
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Community Relations, and Corporate Partnerships teams to support diverse content needs and initiatives

Timeline
The Marketing Intern will begin March 16, 2026, and will conclude on September 25, 2026following the end of the Reno Aces regular season.
Hours
This intern is encouraged to be present for two (2) Reno Aces games per homestand (approx. 8 hours) and 3 days in the office (approx. 12 hours). Flexibility is available for academic schedules.
College Credit/Compensation
The internship may be eligible to earn college credit. Internship is unpaid and is not entitled to a paid job at the end of the internship.
