The Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are Northern Nevada’s premier professional sports organization. POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment, and assisting guests with their shopping needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and provide a friendly, helpful, and positive shopping experience
- Proactively answer questions, offer recommendations, to help guests find what they need
- Ensure smooth guest checkout- operating Retail Pro Registers
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to create a pleasant shopping environment
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Outgoing, energetic, and proactive personality with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Capacity to interact professionally with guests, team members, and supervisors
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Minimal travel required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
- Must have close, distant and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
