POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Ticket Operations is primarily responsible for overseeing all functions of the Ticket Office and ticket sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  •  Lead management of Tickets.com/ProVenue as ticket providers and database management. 
  •  Oversee and maintain the use of Tickets.com registered developers such as FEVO and StellarAlgo.
  •  Design and implement sales strategies with the Sales Department for season packages and group products, aiming to maximize revenue generation. 
  •  Develop protocols and strategies that will lead to more than 400k+ in annual ticket sold and processed.
  •  Responsible for all revenue, game-day and settlement reporting to Leadership. 
  •  Manage and provide guidance to the Ticket Operations Coordinator, overseeing daily activities and fostering professional growth.
  •  Manage daily operation of the Ticket Office including, monitoring and evaluating employee performance, handle grievances, according to our policies on both game and non-game days, and finalizing work schedules and payroll.
  •  Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and aid in training Ticket Office employees.
  •  Manage secondary ticket sales and Event Dynamic platform. 
  •  Collaborate with Special Events on creation and sales of non-baseball events.
  •  Coordinate with Marketing Department on single game initiatives and special pricing offers.
  •  Manage online presence of Ticket Operations, namely single game sales, season ticket packages, group sales and the MyTickets portal.
  •  Set up and maintain all necessary hardware, such as computers, printers, scanners, and server 
  •  Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  •  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  •  Three or more years' experience in managing the daily operations of a ticket office.
  •  Experience in sports industry preferred.
  •  Knowledge of various ticketing software programs, preferably Tickets.com. 
  •  Experience in all types of ticketing sales, including group and season packages.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  •  Strong management and supervisory skills.
  •  Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, peers, and management of all levels.
  •  Highly organized with great attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
