Title: Creative Content Intern

Description:  The requirements of this internship include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Shoot video of players and fans during games, BP, etc. for in-stadium and social media use
  • Communicate with social media team for real-time posting of video content
  • Assist Creative Manager with building graphic assets and executing digital designs (player close-cuts,  updating templates, etc.)
  • Organize and archive action, b-roll, game entertainment and sponsorship related footage
  • Maintenance of video/photo libraries and equipment 
  • Assist with capturing and producing content for Reno Aces media day(s)
  • Other assignments as assigned

Timeline:
The Creative Content Intern will begin in mid-March and will conclude in September following the end of the Reno Aces regular season. This intern will be requested to be present for at least 4 Reno Aces games per homestand and 1-3 days per road series. Game assignments will be designated by the Creative Manager. Flexibility for academic schedules will be accommodated.

Hours:
Game day report time is approximately 1 hour prior to first pitch (game times vary). The Creative Content Intern will participate no more than 20 hours per homestand, averaging 3-4 hours per game. This intern will wrap up between the 6th inning and the game’s conclusion dependent on score. The Video Content Intern will participate in internship duties for 5-10 hours during road series dependent upon need.

 College Credit/Compensation:
The internship may be eligible to earn college credit. Internship is unpaid and is not entitled to a paid job at the internship’s end.
