The Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are Northern Nevada’s premier professional sports organization. POSITION SUMMARY
The Clubhouse Coordinator is primarily responsible for pre-game locker room setup, food setup during the game, and cleanup post-game.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist with overall clubhouse setup and organization
- Load and unload team equipment
- Prepare the field with required equipment before games
- Run errands as needed
- Rub mud on baseballs
- Set lockers
- Clean and maintain player footwear
- Manage daily laundry needs
- Provide support and service to umpires
- Set up and maintain player food spreads
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Team player
- Reliable and hard working
- Knowledge of baseball
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in an outdoor setting
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be able to pass a background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to load player and equipment bags in and out of a truck
