POSITION SUMMARY
The Clubhouse Associate is primarily responsible for equipment assistance during the game.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Set up field with necessary equipment pregame
- Assist in any umpire, player, and staff needs in game
- Breakdown field set up and clean dugouts/bullpens post-game
- Retrieve bats and balls in game
- Assist clubhouse managers as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Team player
- Reliable and hard working
- Knowledge of baseball
- Must be 16 years or older
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in an outdoor setting
- No travel required
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for three hours at a time and use stairs
