The Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are Northern Nevada’s premier professional sports organization. POSITION SUMMARY
The Camera Operator is responsible for capturing live video for Reno Aces home games and special events at Greater Nevada Field. Training is available for candidates with relevant experience or familiarity with broadcast, videography, or live event production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Capture live game action, fan shots, promotional elements, and crowd engagement moments
- Maintain steady, high-quality footage throughout the game
- Assist with camera setup and breakdown as needed
- Ensure equipment is cared for, stored properly, and reported if in need of repair
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with production control room and equipment preferred
- Keep a professional demeanor in a live event situation and a press/broadcast area
- Extensive knowledge of baseball preferred
- Ability to adapt on the fly
- Able to work and thrive in a high stress, time specific environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Completion of a satisfactory background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in an indoor and outdoor setting
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel and crouch
