Position Summary
Customer Service Agents are responsible for assisting in the daily operations of both the Ticket Office and the Ticket Sales Department at Greater Nevada Field.  The position is part-time and seasonal.

Essential Duties:
  •  Assist in day-to-day operation of the Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations Department
  •  Field Inbound ticketing questions from Reno Aces fans and ticket holders
  •  Provide excellent customer service to season ticket holders, group accounts, and individual ticket holders
  •  Service ticket requests from ticket holders, including but not limited to: 
    • Assist fans with ticket sales at walk-up windows and over the phone 
    • Assisting in exchange of tickets from game to game 
    • Fulfilling opt in orders for limited capacity games 
    • In person redemption of tickets at Box Office 
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales training
  •  Identify and target prospects with outbound selling of group tickets and season memberships by cold calling and crafting creative strategies to find new ticket buyers
  • Become proficient at SCORE CRM and ticketing system
  • Represent the Reno Aces and Greater Nevada Field in a positive way
  • Assist in a variety of game-related duties
  • Other duties as assigned  

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred (both in person and over the phone)
  • Preferred experience in processing, prospecting, and selling in sports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as strong independent work ethic 
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM usage (preferably SCORE CRM) and a ticketing system (preferably is a plus
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and able to handle multiple tasks, willingness to work long hours
  • MUST be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques

Work Environment:
  • Work in fast-paced environment physical requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone for several hours a day
