Ticket Operations: Ticket Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process ticket orders, including season, group and hospitality
  • Assist with building price codes, plans, promo codes, and other Archtics programming needs
  • Support Sales and Service staff with order processing, payments and mobile tickets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fans at all times
  • Assist in the set-up, trouble shooting and maintaining events in Archtics, TM Host, Presence and TM1
  • Work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution, customer service and will call
  • Work with Marketing and Business Intelligence departments to ensure a clean database
  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance and administration of KORE Software CRM database including user management, data hygiene, and data manipulation
  • Perform analysis on sales campaigns, sales leads, sales representative efficiencies, customer demographics, season ticket member and group renewals, and marketing efforts. Uses this information to identify trends and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze data through in-stadium data capture. 
  • Assist in the strategy and reporting through all OKC Dodgers technology platforms including Data Warehouse, KORE Software CRM, Fevo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TicketMaster/Archtics, Survey Monkey, Tableau, StellarAlgo, etc.
  • Design, build and automate real-time dashboards and reports that will be used by key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Ticket Office Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Sports Management preferred 
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (word processing, spreadsheet)
  • Archtics experience preferred
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • CRM Management Experience (Dynamics 365 or KORE Software) preferred
  • Must be available to work home games, special events such as the college baseball, high school baseball championships, winter/holiday events, etc.
  • Must be creative, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
