Position Overview:

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, cultivating, both new  and renewal sponsorship and advertising relationships for the team. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through the development and execution of strategic corporate partnership programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales acumen, creativity, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:
  •  Achieve established sales goals and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of departmental strategies aligned with broader business goals.
  • Create, write, and deliver compelling corporate sponsorship and luxury suite proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Design new sales collateral and update existing materials as needed to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to negotiate and finalize individual sponsorship contracts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and ticket sales departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate new inventory concepts.
  • Develop and present customized presentations and marketing materials based on client needs and goals.
  • Partner with internal departments to create integrated sponsorship activation plans for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage sponsor relationships, including coordination with clients, agencies, and vendors for event marketing and promotional execution.
  • Track and report sales revenue forecasts, budgets, and departmental expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on sales performance, appointment summaries, client engagement, and prospecting efforts.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations to sponsors are fulfilled and act as a liaison and advocate for sponsors during events and throughout the season.
  • Monitor the performance of partnership packages and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to execute all aspects of sponsorship agreements.
  • Document and coordinate the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of available sponsorship assets.
  • Provide operational and game day support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–4 years of experience in a corporate sales role, ideally within a sports organization or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals with strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Previous ticket sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
