Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain Xpression graphics systems for LED boards and broadcast overlays.
· Design and update motion graphics packages using After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
· Lead game day broadcasts by managing timing, coordinating the production crew, and ensuring all elements align with the show script and sponsor activations.
· Collaborate with Game Presentation and Promotions staff to align visuals with scripts, timing, and sponsor activations.
· Assist in planning and executing special events such as concerts, corporate events, and non-baseball sporting events.
· Train and supervise part-time and student production staff on control room systems and workflows.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to video, audio, and graphics systems.
· Maintain organized media libraries, templates, and production documentation.
· Support offseason production needs including content creation and venue programming.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of a student-based production program.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Proficiency in Xpression, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
· Experience directing live shows and managing production crews.
· Strong visual storytelling and design skills.
· Familiarity with LED control systems and broadcast graphics workflows.
· Bonus: Experience with Dante audio, fiber-based video systems, and file-based workflows.
· Ability to work under pressure in a live event environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
· Passion for sports and live entertainment.
