Position Summary:
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking reliable and customer-focused Parking Lot Attendants to support Spring Training games and special events at Ed Smith Stadium. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, organized, and efficient parking operations while providing excellent service to fans and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct vehicles to designated parking areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor parking lots to ensure traffic flow and pedestrian safety
- Provide friendly assistance and directions to guests as needed
- Enforce parking rules and articulate stadium policies to fans
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and event staff
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Prior parking, event, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Availability:
- Seasonal position during Spring Training and special events
- Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in sun, heat, and occasional rain
