Job Summary:
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking competitive and driven individuals to join the Inside Sales Department. Inside Sales Representatives for the Baltimore Orioles are responsible for generating new business revenue across various ticketing products, including season tickets, group tickets, hospitality offerings, and suite sales. 

The Inside Sales Representative participates in a sales development program geared to prepare entry-level candidates for a career within the sports sales industry.

These individuals will receive detailed and comprehensive sports sales training with a strong focus on developing the skills necessary to become an industry sales leader. The training will benefit the individual’s career growth as a full menu sports sales representative. This is a 10-month program that will run from January-November of 2026. Top performing Sales Consultants are considered for available opportunities upon the completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell new full season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and premium seats including nightly suites.
  • Establish relationships by making outbound phone calls, setting face-to-face appointments, and booking ballpark tours to current and prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily outbound call volume as set by the Manager, Inside Sales.
  • Flexible and available to work games, nights, weekends, and holidays assigned. 
  • Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person at Camden Yards.Present self in a professional manner representing the Orioles brand and show ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain computerized records of all seasons, suite, and group ticket customers and prospective clients with our CRM system.
  • Perform game day duties such as visiting clients, providing customer service at the sales table, or answering inbound phone calls.
  • Actively assist with Sales events, such as Select-A-Seat, Happy Hours, Prospect Suites, and other events that the Ticket Partnership department organizes.
  • Represent the Baltimore Orioles organization at offsite community events promoting Orioles ticket opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills as well as extraordinarily strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and willingness to take direction from sales leadership.
  • Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment.chat
  • Ability to display a high level of integrity, positivity, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
  • Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and passion to build a career in professional sports sales.
  • Strong Organization skills and time management skills will be important for customer follow up.
  • Must be able to work occasional weekends and/or evenings. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred but not required; relevant military experience may substitute for formal education.

The anticipated compensation for this role is $15 per hour plus commission.
