Birdland Associate Program
Location: Baltimore, MD - Oriole Park at Camden Yards

Job Summary:
This immersive 10 month long associate program is designed to provide hands-on experience in the day-to-day business operations of a Major League Baseball organization. Program participants will select from key departments, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives, fan engagement, community impact, operations, and corporate partnerships in the world of professional sports.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to up to 35 hours per week
- Proximity to greater Baltimore area with reliable transportation and housing
- Current bachelor’s degree student with adherable schedule, Graduate Student, Post Grad Student (1-2 years) with subject matter experience in Sports, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Ability to work flexible hours, with potential for nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season, in addition to potential for Postseason work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Prior experience with a sports team or college sports information department is a plus.

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $17/hour.
