Job Title: Authentics Store Staff
Department: Ballpark Operations
Reports To: Coordinator, Authentics and Hospitality
Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal/Hourly
Job Description:
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join the Authentics Store Staff for the 2026 season. The Authentics Store Staff plays a key role in operating the Authentics store on gamedays and driving revenue for the Orioles Charitable Foundation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate Authentics Store during games
- Manage master inventory
- Accurately track sales during store hours
- Communicate club authentication requests to clubhouse and MLB Authenticators
- Monitor and respond to customer emails and phone inquiries
- Conduct merchandise sales through email and phone
- Work with Community Relations on Authentics initiatives
- Other projects when assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the Orioles, MLB, and baseball in general
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
General Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a majority of Orioles home games (including nights, weekends and holidays)
- Must be a team-first player with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $15/hour.
