JBA Clutch, a  high level youth softball and baseball organization owned by the Wausau Woodchucks is seeking qualified individual for a Content Creation Internship. This internship will provide hands-on experience in collegiate baseball content creation, marketing, and social storytelling. The JBA Clutch Content Creation Intern is expected to work 3 days a week and various practices and tournaments.

Responsibilities include:
  • Plan, Create, and execute content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) by taking photos, video of and interacting with our fans and players.
  • Create a content calendar for all social platforms and then execute and analyze that plan
  • Assist with creating new and creative graphics, and other multimedia content for use on our digital and social platforms
  • Share content in game and out of game as it related to the content calendar and beyond to showcase the Wausau Woodchucks organization 
  • Assist in taking player and coach headshots and editing and uploading them to dropbox
  • Assist with photo and video uploading and organization
  • Help promote upcoming games and events on digital and social platforms
  • All other duties as assigned
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a current college student (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Requires ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels within organization as well as outside contacts
  • Strong time management and attention to details
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with social media platforms
  • Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability, and proper attitude in dealing with others including co-workers and customers

  1. Do you have prior marketing experience? (Yes/No)

  2. How familiar are you with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc)? (1 being not at all familiar, 3 being somewhat familiar and 5 being extremely comfortable in using the programs)
