We are seeking a Head Groundskeeper to oversee all aspects of maintaining a professional level playing field at Rivets Stadium in Rockford, IL.  In addition to the playing surface, this individual will also be responsible for helping maintain all area of Rivets Stadium to ensure the best experience possible for our fans.
Head Groundskeeper Responsibilities: 
*  Prepare and maintain playing surface daily to a professional level
*  Maintain surrounding areas and landscaping around the stadium
*  Oversee ordering of all ground's materials-Maintain an inventory sheet daily
*  Work directly with Coaching Staff to ensure all game day needs are met
*  Direct Tarp Usage
*  Maintain all landscaping at a professional level around the stadium
*  Maintain orderly grounds maintenance area
* Oversee moisture management and irrigation system
* Assist in managing stadium operations crew-making sure stadium is cleaned and maintained at a professional level
*  Turf management degree preferred but not required based on previous work experience
*  Oversee Stadium Operations and Clubhouse interns through the entire season 
*  Other duties as assigned by general manager
