About Us
Bareknuckle Baseball oversees two Northwoods League markets in North Dakota: Bismarck and Minot.

The Northwoods League is the world’s largest summer collegiate baseball league, with 24 teams and over 400 alumni advancing to Major League Baseball. It offers top college players a high-level summer experience in front of passionate local fans.

In Minot, Bareknuckle Baseball launched the Minot Hot Tots (baseball) and Minot Honeybees (softball), both calling Corbett Field home. These teams deliver family-friendly entertainment, community engagement, and top-level collegiate competition, all while creating a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable ballpark experience for North Central North Dakota.

We’re looking for dedicated, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to help us grow these Minot teams and bring our vision to life.

The Position
Are you driven by hitting goals, building relationships, and making game days unforgettable? As our Corporate Ticket Sales Manager, you’ll help businesses connect with fans while creating incredible experiences at the ballpark. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
    Identify and pursue new corporate ticket buyers through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • New Business Development
    Schedule and conduct 12+ new business meetings weekly to present ticket packages and hospitality options. Consistently exceed individual sales goals.
  • Consultative Selling
    Understand client needs and tailor corporate ticket package proposals to deliver maximum value and a strong ROI for their business goals.
  • Closing Sales
    Lead the sales process from outreach to signed agreement. Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.
  • Account Management & Service
    Provide excellent post-sale service to corporate ticket clients, ensuring they have an outstanding ballpark experience. Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Renewals & Retention
    Build strong relationships to drive annual renewals and upsells. Review results and satisfaction with clients regularly to secure long-term loyalty.
  • Reporting & CRM Management
    Accurately track all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Report on progress toward goals and use data to improve strategy.
  • Team Collaboration
    Work closely with the front office team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support overall ticket sales goals.
  • Community Networking
    Represent the Hot Tots and Honeybees at local events and business functions to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
  • Game Day Duties
    Attend home games and events to host clients, ensure premium service, and deliver memorable experiences. Be available for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Other Duties as Needed
    Contribute to special events, community initiatives, and other organizational needs to help the team succeed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience
    Some sales experience preferred, but not required. A background in ticket sales, sports, hospitality, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Sales Skills
    Confident in cold calling and pitching to decision-makers. Strong prospecting, closing, and negotiation abilities. Comfortable selling to businesses of all sizes.
  • Communication
    Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor that represents the Hot Tots and Honeybees brands.
  • Organizational Skills
    Detail-oriented and highly organized. Able to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously. Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.

    Committed to providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for clients.

  • Schedule & Travel
    Willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must attend home games and events. Local travel required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
