About Us
Bareknuckle Baseball oversees two Northwoods League markets in North Dakota: Bismarck and Minot.

The Northwoods League is the world’s largest summer collegiate baseball league, with 26 teams and over 340 alumni advancing to Major League Baseball. It offers top college players a high-level summer experience in front of passionate local fans.

In Minot, Bareknuckle Baseball launched the Minot Hot Tots (baseball) and Minot Honeybees (softball), both calling Corbett Field home. These teams deliver family-friendly entertainment, community engagement, and top-level collegiate competition, all while creating a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable ballpark experience for North Central North Dakota.

We’re looking for dedicated, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to help us grow these Minot teams and bring our vision to life.

The Position
As the Community Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in selling, renewing, and servicing all civic group outings and mini-plan ticket memberships. You’ll create and execute strategies to drive new business, grow existing accounts, and build lasting relationships with local organizations and community members. This is a revenue-focused role with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Ticket Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Sell and renew mini plans and civic group outings
  • Identify and contact qualified group leaders in schools, non-profits, businesses, youth teams, and civic organizations
  • Make 40–80 outbound calls per day to drive new business
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospects and clients
  • Generate and follow up on new leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Account Management & Retention
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ticket holders and group leaders
  • Provide exceptional service and proactive touchpoints throughout the year
  • Track ticket usage, handle customer inquiries, and offer solutions to maximize value
  • Support ticket renewals with a customer-first mindset
Inventory & Data Management
  • Manage and update CRM records, call logs, and sales pipelines
  • Track inventory, sales performance, and renewal progress
Group Sales Operations
  • Coordinate group logistics including invoices, promotional materials, and communication tools
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support theme nights, fundraisers, and large group activations
  • Execute pre- and post-event communication plans with group leaders
Game Day & Event Responsibilities
  • Represent the ticket team on game days and at ballpark events
  • Ensure smooth execution of group outings and provide on-site support
  • Deliver memorable customer service experiences in real-time
  • Assist with stadium operations and fan engagement activities
Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and goal-oriented team culture
  • Participate in internal meetings and organizational initiatives

Qualifications and Skills
Sales Experience
No sales experience is required, but confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales is essential.
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to represent the organization professionally and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Organizational Skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Capable of managing multiple priorities and staying on top of sales pipelines and group logistics.
Problem-Solving Skills
Resourceful, solutions-focused thinker with a customer-first approach. Comfortable handling objections and resolving issues quickly.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and communication is a plus.
Leadership & Collaboration
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to guide interns, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a cohesive sales team.

Schedule & Physical Requirements
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable working extended hours during the season. Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
