Job Offer/Description: Community Sales Account Manager
Reports to: Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Utilize training provided by Mallards to sell tickets for the Madison Mallards Baseball & Madison Night Mares Softball
- Develop new techniques to sell tickets, including community outreach, to multiple segments across community sales groups
- Utilize Mallards/Night Mares CRM system to track all customer interactions
- Manage existing ticket clients and develop new business ticket sales
- Develop new sales leads and actively prospect daily
- Seek referrals on every call
- Set meetings weekly with renewal and new business leads
- Maintain call logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Properly report all signed sales and outbound contracts through sales spreadsheets and staff sales trackers
- Upgrade and up sell clients into different categories and ticket packages.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales & call volume goals
- All other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager
- Utilize existing warm leads and prospect new leads through canvasing, cold calling and other innovative sales strategies
- Provide superior service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects
- Attend year-round events throughout the community and be a brand ambassador while networking for new sales leads
- Service all group sales including contract fulfillment, providing marketing materials, routine follow-ups and final payment collections
- Participate in staff culture building events
Expectations:
- Work most Madison Mallards & Night Mares home games and additional special events
- Be a leader to all interns & seasonal staff members
