The Lakeshore Chinooks are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pitching Coach for the upcoming Northwoods League season. This is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development and wants to work with high-level collegiate athletes in a competitive summer league environment. The Chinooks are a well-established organization focused on player growth, professionalism, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pitching development and throwing programs
Work closely with the coaching staff to manage pitcher usage and game strategy
Call pitches and manage in-game pitching decisions (as assigned)
Assist with bullpen sessions, mechanical adjustments, and recovery plans
Track pitcher performance and communicate feedback to players and staff
Support overall team operations and culture

Qualifications

College playing or coaching experience preferred
Strong understanding of pitching mechanics, development, and arm care
Ability to communicate clearly with collegiate athletes
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Available for full season commitment, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
