An entry-level position providing hands-on experience in collegiate summer baseball. Join the
Lakeshore Chinooks for the summer to gain a behind-the-scenes experience like no other. You’ll learn
the ins and outs of a sports organization within the Northwoods League. As a Game Day Operations
Intern, you will play a multifaceted role in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our fans and
corporate outings at Moonlight Graham Field. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain
experience across various aspects of game day operations, making you an integral part of our team’s
success both on and off the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Game
  • Prepare the stadium by cleaning and setting up stands, kiosks, and back-of-house areas
  • Stock food and beverages for hospitality decks, concessions, kiosks, coolers, and tankers
  • Set up pre-game player meals and prepare hospitality decks for guests
  • Coordinate with box office staff on deck assignments and guest information
  • Complete additional pre-game setup tasks to ensure stadium readiness
In-Game
  • Monitor and restock hospitality decks; coordinate with grill staff on food needs
  • Provide bartending support as assigned
  • Serve as a roaming point of contact for hospitality areas and assist guests as needed
  • Maintain back-of-house operations and supply levels throughout the game
  • Assist in supervising and supporting game-day staff performance
  • Oversee activities in the Kids Zone and ensure a positive fan experience
Post-Game
  • Clean and reset stands, kiosks, and back-of-house areas as part of stadium shutdown
  • Oversee game-day staff end-of-shift responsibilities and facility closing procedures
  • Organize and distribute post-game player meals
  • Carry out stadium shutdown duties, including laundry tasks when scheduled
  • Ensure all areas are secured and prepared for the next event
REQUIREMENTS
  • Attend stadium set up & take down prior to and following the season
  • Must be available for all Chinooks home games
  • Quality and accuracy of work
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with fans and representing the Chinooks in the community
  • Must be a current student (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Conformance to company personnel, safety, quality, and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization as well as outside contacts
