Expectations: The Director of Ticket Sales will be responsible for working with VP/GM on strategy and implementation of plan to reach a ticket sales goal set for each season. The Director of Ticket Sales will be responsible for setting appointments to meet with local business leaders, specifically targeting CEOs and decision makers, to discuss options and sell Rockers ticket packages and group outings. The position will also manage full-time ticket sales associates & interns, creating strategies focused on increasing sales across the Greater Green Bay Area. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the sale including contacting potential customers, presenting ticket options, getting a signed contract from the customer, collecting payment, delivering tickets, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience on the night of their event(s). Expected to use creative sales strategies including calls, e-mails, prospecting, referrals, mailers, etc. during the offseason to meet and exceed sales goals. Game day duties will involve client follow-up, oversight of customer service at the Ticket Office & Will Call, ticket interns, and operational and/or hospitality support as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement annual business plans and strategies for the membership sales (B2B & FSE) and group sales to ensure sales goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Establish ticket sales performance objectives and revenue targets. Develop an effective tracking program to ensure team members are successfully meeting their annual goals. Set and review performance objectives and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute ticket sales campaigns including annual renewals, mini plans, and more through sales/prospecting events and lead distribution and sales technology utilization.
- Oversee Group Sales strategies, churches, sports groups, schools, theme nights, promotions, ticket pack sales, group asset management, premium sales, game to game group target strategy, and other group sales initiatives.
- Direct management/oversight of sales associates (Group Sales, B2B, mini plans) by directing tasks and projects, coaching, motivating, and mentoring the entire staff on Ticket Sales initiatives.
- Organize sales team call logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Daily dedication to making a minimum of outbound calls from provided lists of CRM leads and provide lists to ticket sales associates weekly.
- Working knowledge of ticket system CRM management and coordinate reports.
- Manage, lead, and develop talent through intern ticket sales program during the summer for insides sales.
- Ensure fan experience exceeds expectations on game days and post-game through personal interaction and follow up phone calls & e-mails.
- Assist with special events as needed.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Full-time, salaried position.
- Average of 40 hours per week or as class schedule dictates.
- The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Disputes: Any bonus disputes will be decided by the Vice President & General Manager.

Employee will be treated as a full-time employee and is expected to work full-time and abide by full-time personal conduct and handbook guidelines. Employee hours may vary on game days, non-game days, and days of the week pending game times. Any time off must be e-mailed to VP/GM for approval one week in advance.
