PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER
Location: Bismarck, ND
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer – Funatix Entertainment
About Funatix Entertainment
Funatix Entertainment is a North Dakota–based sports and entertainment company that owns and operates community-driven teams and events across the state — the Bismarck Larks, Minot Hot Tots, Minot Honeybees, and Grand Forks Spitfires (launching summer 2026).
Our mission is to create EPIC experiences that bring people together, strengthen community pride, and make North Dakota a more vibrant place to live, work, and play.
The Position
The People & Culture Manager plays a critical role in connecting people, systems, and values across the Funatix family of teams.
This person will work hands-on in Bismarck while supporting people operations across all Funatix organizations. Half of the role focuses on core HR functions — recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement — while the other half focuses on direct leadership and support for interns, gameday staff, and players with the Bismarck Larks.
The People & Culture Manager ensures every employee and intern feels supported, equipped, and inspired to deliver the EPIC fan experience our organization is known for.
This position is ideal for a motivated, people-focused leader who wants to grow into a future Director or Chief People Officer role.
