The Bismarck Larks are a proud member of the Northwoods League—the largest organized summer collegiate baseball league in the world. The Role: Ticket Sales Representative
We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, community-minded individual to help grow and support our fan engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll lead outreach to fans and local organizations, promote ticket packages, and deliver top-tier service to ensure every interaction with the Larks is a memorable one.
You’ll focus on building relationships, driving ticket sales, and helping people connect to our mission—whether it’s a family night at the ballpark, a company outing, or a community celebration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
- Make 60–80 calls per day to individuals, businesses, and community groups.
- Share the value of Larks experiences, from group outings to ticket packages.
- Close sales for group outings, mini-plans, flex packs, and full-season memberships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for select fan accounts and renewal opportunities.
Community Engagement
- Represent the Larks at festivals, events, and community gatherings.
- Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, and local businesses.
- Introduce new audiences to the Larks through creative outreach and partnerships.
Customer Service & Game Day Support
- Assist with customer service on game days, ensuring fans have an exceptional experience from arrival to last pitch.
- Support pre-game and post-game setup and teardown, maintaining a clean and welcoming ballpark environment.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, calls, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Track redemption rates, sales progress, renewals, and follow-up actions.
What Success Looks Like
Sales & Sellouts
- Driving ticket sales to contribute to full sellouts for key games and packages.
Retention & Renewals
- Consistently renewing mini-packs, season tickets, and group outings by demonstrating value and building relationships.
Engagement & Satisfaction
- Creating positive experiences that lead to high fan satisfaction, positive feedback, and increased referrals.
Database Accuracy
- Keeping CRM systems updated with clean, organized records and timely reporting of activity.

- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Previous experience in sports, hospitality, or live events
