The Opportunity
Do you eat, sleep, and breathe sales? Are you motivated by the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of closing the deal? The Bismarck Larks want YOU to join our fast-paced, hard-driving sales team as a Sales Hunter dedicated solely to generating ticket revenue. This is NOT a service role. This is not about order-taking. This is about HUNTING—finding leads, closing deals, and exceeding goals. If you're looking to build a sports career through the proven foundation of ticket sales, this is your launchpad. We’ll arm you with cutting-edge training, tools, and mentorship to succeed—and then it’s up to you to run through walls.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell tickets. Period. Season tickets, group outings, mini-plans, premium hospitality packages.
  • 60–80 touchpoints/day via phone, email, in-person meetings, social selling, and networking.
  • Build your own book of business through aggressive prospecting and a “referrals-first” approach.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signature and renewal.
  • Track, manage, and optimize your pipeline using our CRM, reporting weekly on performance.
  • Develop and execute your own sales campaigns, pitches, and strategies.
  • Represent the Larks at games, events, and networking functions—anywhere prospects might be.
  • Support game-day ticket resolution and customer interactions with a “sales-first” mindset.

You Should Apply If You:
  • Are a HUNTER—not afraid to pick up the phone and ask for the sale.
  • Thrive on setting big goals and crushing them.
  • Love a fast-paced environment where every day is game day.
  • Want a career in sports sales, not a temporary job in sports.
  • Are coachable, competitive, curious, and always improving.
  • Are energized by a team culture that’s fun, positive, and laser-focused on results.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (sports sales, inside sales, or B2B roles a plus).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales certifications or completed sales aptitude assessments are a major plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift 30–50 lbs and work long shifts during the season.

Why the Bismarck Larks?
  • Aggressive commission structure – your earnings are only capped by your ambition.
  • Unlimited PTO Requests (outside of April 1 – Sept 1).
  • Full health benefits and 401k with match.
  • Best-in-class sales training to accelerate your career in the sports industry.
  • A winning culture centered around fun, hustle, and results.
  • Frontline exposure to a growing team in America’s most successful summer collegiate league.
