Potential Areas of Focus
While specific duties vary by role, front office team members typically contribute to one or more of the following departments:
- Ticket Sales & Service: Helping fans and local businesses find the best ways to enjoy Larks baseball.
- Corporate Partnerships: Managing relationships with sponsors and executing game-day activations.
- Marketing & Creative Services: Creating content, managing social media, and building the Larks brand.
- Operations & Logistics: Ensuring the ballpark runs smoothly from setup, game day, and breakdown.
