The Vancouver Canadians Professional Baseball Club's Ticket Operations Internship is a highly competitive program in a fast-paced learning environment that offers ambitious, responsible and hard-working individuals the opportunity to gain experience in the sports industry.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails and assist fans in-person at the Box Office
- Ticket Sales and Management: Process ticket sales in-person and over the phone, distribute tickets at the window, troubleshoot fan ticket issues
- Event-Day Support: Prepare ticketing areas of focus for fan arrival, assist in management of event-day ticketing staff, selling and troubleshooting at the Box Office windows
- Administrative Tasks: Respond to inter-office emails, assist Manager, Ticket Operations with tasks such as data entry, and report preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Computer literate
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills

Schedule: Full-time (seasonal; March-September), variable shifts
