The Hillsboro Hops are entering a new era—one defined by growth, innovation, and the opening of our state-of-the-art ballpark. As we look toward an exciting future for Hops Baseball, we’re searching for a driven and strategic Director of Corporate Partnerships to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our success.

In this role, you’ll take a leadership role on a team that focuses its efforts to develop, negotiate, and secure impactful corporate partnerships that elevate the Hops brand and deliver meaningful value to our partners and community. You’ll work to expand our portfolio of sponsors through creative, relationship-driven sales, connecting businesses with the passion, visibility, and reach that professional baseball and live entertainment offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing major corporate partnership opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with local, regional, and national brands.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to create innovative, customized partnership packages that align with client objectives.

  • Oversee the full partnership sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution.

  • Represent the Hillsboro Hops brand with professionalism, creativity, and integrity in all interactions.

  • Support the activation and renewal process in collaboration with the Partnership Services team.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven success in sponsorship or partnership sales, preferably within professional sports, broadcast media and/or entertainment.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong relationship builder with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver creative solutions.

  • Collaborative and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What We Offer

  • Annual Salary: $80,000; medical, dental, and Simple IRA with a 3% match

Timeline

Ability to start as early as December 1st, 2025. Resumes will be reviewed starting November 1st, 2025.
