About this Role
The Hillsboro Hops are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Intern to join the Ticket Operations and Analytics team. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise-level CRM and analytics systems used across professional sports. The intern will help connect platforms such as Salesforce, Tickets.com, FanMaker, and StellarAlgo to transform fan and sales data into actionable insights that drive engagement, improve forecasting, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CRM data integrations between Salesforce and partner systems
- Develop Power BI dashboards that provide insights across ticketing, sales, and fan engagement metrics
- Contribute to automation of recurring reporting workflows and ETL pipeline optimization projects
- Support dynamic pricing and forecasting initiatives to inform data-driven strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across connected platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Document processes, test system enhancements, and present findings to stakeholders

- Building dashboards and models that inform decision-making and revenue strategy
- Designing automated data flows and reporting systems for operational efficiency
- Gaining experience with forecasting, pricing analytics, and CRM optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and/or workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets
- Experience or coursework in Python, SQL, DAX, R, or similar languages with a focus on data integration and analytics
- Must at least be a Sophomore in college
