Job Title: Bilingual Account Executive, Ticket Sales (Spanish&English)

Job Summary:
The Hops are seeking a passionate, outgoing, self-motivated, bilingual individual to cultivate new and existing ticket sales relationships to achieve personal and department sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Sales of all of the team’s inventory including; Season Tickets, Mini Plans, Hospitality, and Group Events
Generate sales through cold calls, networking, appointment setting, and other various means
Be an ambassador of the Hops brand throughout the Portland Metro area
Work with other sales team members to help generate new leads and research new ways to sell ticket inventory
Attend various community events to help promote and develop the Hops brand
Provide excellent customer service to all personal accounts before, during, and after the sales effort
Will be expected to work odd hours on event dates and handle specific duties during all team hosted events

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Sales Experience:

Professional sales training will be provided. Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not required for this position.

Outstanding strategic selling skills with a relationship-based selling approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a stressful environment
Poise with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients
Strong attention to detail
Great attitude and team first mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), previous experience using ProVenue ticketing software a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience beginning at $40,000/yr, plus bonus structure (when eligible). Flex time throughout the season. Benefits include paid vacation, Simple IRA plan (when eligible) and medical and dental insurance / coverage.
