Vermont Mountaineers (NECBL) – Assistant Baseball Coach Opening (Pitching Focus)
The Vermont Mountaineers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) are seeking a second assistant coach for the 2026 summer season.
About Us:
The Vermont Mountaineers are a premier summer collegiate baseball team competing in the renowned NECBL. Our season runs from June 1st to mid-August. We provide housing, a coaching stipend, and the opportunity to earn additional income by coaching at our summer baseball camps (three weeks).
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek a highly motivated, personable coach with collegiate-level experience who will work closely with our field manager and staff. The primary responsibility will be pitching development and in-game pitching strategy. Additional duties include:
- Throwing effective batting practice
- Hitting fungos
- Contributing to all on-field and off-field team operations
- Utilizing TRACKMAN data for in-game and dugout analysis (some proficiency required)
