The 2026 Gameday Production Crew with the Trenton Thunder is THE MOST FUN way to spend your summer at Trenton Thunder Ballpark. Our goal is to keep our fans entertained using music, sound effects, videos and graphics to produce the best show in town. This opportunity is a great way to gain experience in the field of video production and live event planning. Production Crew members gain experience in several areas of game day production.
The Thunder Gameday Production Crew position includes the following functions:
- Camera Operator (Stationary and Wireless Systems)
- Opportunity to assist in production including, but not limited to, Technical Directing, etc.
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong availability on evenings, including weekends
- Eye for detail; properly frame camera shots and follow action
- Ability to follow a script for all in-game events and sponsorship fulfillments
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Works well in a team environment
- Knowledge of camera operation procedures
- Enthusiastic and creative attitude
Specifications:
Hours
- Gameday Production Crew should have great availability from the middle of May to the beginning of September 2026 for all Thunder home games and other special events.
- There is a very limited amount of space/budgeted hours for crew members who wish to utilize their time worked for college internship credit. Successful hires should inform the hiring manager of their intent to pursue this limited opportunity.
