Official League – Sales & Project Management Intern
Location: Remote (most of our staff is in Portland, OR and Los Angeles)
Duration: Internship 
Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hrs/week)

Official League creates premium, story-driven merchandise at the intersection of music, sports, and culture. We collaborate with artists, teams, festivals, and brands to produce limited-edition drops, exclusive collaborations, and culturally relevant products that fans actually want to wear.

This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how ideas turn into products — and how products turn into partnerships.

Role Overview
The Official League Intern will support sales and project management, working closely with our music and brand partnerships and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone interested in music, merch, branding, marketing, and business development who wants real-world experience in a fast-moving creative environment.
You’ll help research and connect with potential partners, assist in managing collaboration timelines, and support the execution and promotion of exclusive drops.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships Support
  • Research and identify potential partners, including:
    • Artist managers
    • Labels
    • Music festivals
    • Music venues
    • Brands
    • Museums/Galleries
    • Other cultural partners
  • Assist with outreach:
    • Drafting and sending introductory emails
    • Tracking responses and follow ups
    • Helping schedule calls and meetings
Project Management & Creative Support
  • Assist in building and updating creative briefs for collaborations
  • Track design notes, revisions, approvals
  • Help coordinate product samples (shipping, tracking, feedback)
  • Support timelines for exclusive merch drops and collaborations
  • Assist with planning and promoting launches (email, social, partner coordination)

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong interest in music, merch, fashion, sports or brand marketing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
  • Comfortable writing professional emails and communicating clearly
  • Curious and proactive - not afraid to research, follow up or ask questions
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with Hubspot, Canva, Illustrator/Adobe Suite, Social Media Marketing
