Marketing & Promotions Assistant
Full-Time Seasonal (May – September, estimated)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing promotional schedules, theme nights, and other fan engagement concepts
• Support community initiative programs, including specialty jersey nights, youth camps, Field of Dreams bookings, and Sensory Suite reservations, with a focus on increasing ticket and group revenue
• Assist in marketing, promoting, and executing non-baseball events such as Wrestling Under the Stars, concerts, and other special events
• Enhance the overall game day experience through on-field promotions, fan interaction, and event execution
• Coordinate game day experiences including first pitches, sponsor activations, ceremonies, contests, and Field of Dreams participation
• Support community appearances and street team outreach efforts
• Assist with media relations duties
• Support social media content creation and additional marketing initiatives
• Assist with specialty jersey nights, including development, auction campaigns, and promotional efforts both in-person and online
• Assist in managing game day staff within the department
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
• Oversee team photographers and organize all game day and event photos into a structured filing system
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Minimum of one season of experience working in sports, preferably baseball
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
 • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
 • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferred
 • Strong customer service skills
