Food & Beverage Assistant
Full-Time Seasonal (May – September, estimated)

Job Description:
The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant for the 2026 season. This position plays a key role in supporting the management of food, beverage, and catering operations throughout the ballpark, as well as assisting with general stadium operations and preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising food and beverage staff and volunteers, including training, scheduling, and delegation of responsibilities
• Help maintain organization of all food and beverage areas, product storage, and equipment maintenance
• Support nightly opening and closing procedures for all concession locations
• Learn and assist with all operational aspects of the food and beverage department, including vendor relations, ordering processes, and POS system operations
• Assist with product ordering, inventory management, and proper rotation of stock
• Support setup and programming of POS systems
• Ensure concession areas maintain a clean, inviting, and professional appearance
• Assist in ensuring all aspects of concessions and stadium operations are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
• Must be a team player and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred
• Food and beverage or stadium operations experience is recommended but not required
