Client Services / Hospitality Assistant
Full-Time Seasonal (May – September, estimated)
Job Description:
The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Services / Hospitality Assistant to join our hospitality department. This role supports both game day and non-game day events, including Diamond Club, group, and suite activities. The position involves direct interaction with premium members, delivering high-level hospitality and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as a liaison between management and clients, ensuring the game day experience consistently meets high customer standards
· Enhance the premium member experience by overseeing operations and actively engaging with guests at various premium locations
· Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager, Sales on suite events and service during game days
· Assist with contract preparation, invoicing, payments, and receipts
· Execute pre-game setup, in-game operations, and post-game cleanup for hospitality spaces
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or marketing preferred
· Innovative, organized, and process-oriented
· Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service
· Experience with POS and ticketing systems preferred
· Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
