Position Summary
The DubSea Fish Sticks are seeking a creative and motivated Seasonal Video Producer to capture and produce engaging video content throughout the summer season. This role supports marketing, social media, sponsorship, and in-stadium entertainment efforts by telling the story of Fish Sticks baseball through dynamic video storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and in-game features
- Capture game-day coverage, interviews, community events, and behind-the-scenes content
- Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create basic motion graphics, titles, and social overlays
- Assist with hype videos, promotional content, and sponsor features
- Collaborate with marketing staff and interns to execute creative campaigns
- Maintain organized media storage and workflows
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, live-event environment
Qualifications
- Experience with video production, videography, or editing (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects knowledge a plus
- Strong storytelling and social media content instincts
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic production equipment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and fan engagement preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the stadium during events
- Must be able to lift and carry production equipment up to 35 lbs
