Merchandise Intern | DubSea Fish Sticks (Summer 2026)

Season: Summer 2026 (May–August)
Position Type: Internship (college credit encouraged)
Overview:
The DubSea Fish Sticks are seeking Merchandise Interns for the 2026 summer season. Interns will support all aspects of game-day merchandise operations, inventory organization, and customer service while helping deliver a fun, professional retail experience for fans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of merchandise stands and the team store
- Organize and inventory merchandise and employee apparel
- Fulfill and process online merchandise orders
- Manage player gear inventory and distribution as assigned
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service to fans
- Communicate inventory needs and issues to appropriate leadership
- Lead and support Fishing Crew members assigned to merchandise areas
Qualifications:
- Interest in sports business, retail, or marketing
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively
- Availability for evening and weekend games
- Reliable and team-oriented
