🎥 Live Video Broadcast Intern | (Seasonal)
The DubSea Fish Sticks are launching the Fish Sticks Video Network, bringing live game broadcasts to fans on YouTube Live for the first time. We are looking for two highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Live Video Broadcast Interns to help power this production.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where interns will work directly with the Broadcast Manager to produce live baseball broadcasts that are not your average baseball stream — combining gameplay, entertainment, and storytelling into a high-quality viewing experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who want real-world experience in live sports production, video switching, camera operation, and broadcast execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of live broadcast equipment
  • Operate PTZ cameras during live game action
  • Support live switching, replay, and graphics integration during broadcasts
  • Monitor audio, video feeds, and stream quality throughout the game
  • Help execute scoreboard graphics, overlays, and in-game visuals
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events
  • Collaborate with the Broadcast Manager and on-air talent to ensure smooth production
  • Assist with pre-game and post-game video content as needed

What We’re Looking For
  •  Strong work ethic and ability to stay engaged for long game days
  •  Ability to problem solve quickly under pressure
  •  Self-starter who can take ownership without constant supervision
  •  High attention to detail and communication skills
  •  Interest in sports media, broadcasting, or video production
  •  Comfortable working nights and weekends (game schedule dependent)
  •  Team-first mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred (But Not Required)
  •  Experience with live streaming, OBS, vMix, or similar software
  •  Basic knowledge of cameras, audio equipment, or video production
  •  Interest in baseball or sports entertainment
  •  Prior experience in a live event or production environment

What You’ll Gain
  •  Hands-on experience producing live sports broadcasts on YouTube
  •  Real responsibility in a fast-paced, live production environment
  •  Portfolio-building content and practical broadcast skills
  •  Opportunity to be part of launching a brand-new digital network
  •  Experience working in a unique, high-energy sports entertainment environment
