About Crispy's Food Truck
Crispy's isn't your average food truck. We're a community-rooted, fast-growing business bringing fresh, high-quality food to sporting events, festivals, corporate functions, and neighborhood gatherings across the Pacific Northwest. We take pride in what we serve and how we serve it - and we're looking for a leader who feels the same way.

We take pride in what we serve and how we serve it - and we're looking for a leader who feels the same way.
We're not hiring a manager. We're looking for an operator - someone who treats this business like their own, leads by example, and raises the bar for every customer interaction.
The Role
As the Food Truck Operator, you'll own the full picture: daily operations, food prep, inventory, event coordination, staff development, and business growth. You'll be the person who makes it all run - and run well.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the truck, on the line, training the team, and hunting down the next great event opportunity. If you're the kind of person who'd rather be in the middle of the action than behind a desk, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
Operations & Customer Experience
- Run the day-to-day operation of Crispy's Food Truck with a focus on quality, consistency, and speed
- Prepare and serve food while holding yourself and the team to a high standard
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every event - no exceptions
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and fully compliant with food safety requirements
Inventory & Logistics
- Manage inventory and ordering to keep the truck stocked and waste to a minimum
- Prep the truck before events and close it out properly afterward
- Stay on top of equipment maintenance and flag issues before they become problems
Events & Business Development
- Coordinate events from setup to breakdown, representing Crispy's with professionalism
- Identify and pursue new event opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Collaborate on scheduling and planning to keep operations running smoothly
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a team made up primarily of high school and college students
- Create a culture of accountability, respect, and genuine care for one another
- Set clear expectations, offer real support, and lead by doing - not just directing
What We're Looking For
- Experience in food service, restaurant management, hospitality, or event operations
- A natural leader who earns trust and brings out the best in their team
- Strong communicator who can handle a fast-paced environment without losing their cool
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you spot opportunities and act on them
- Highly organized with solid problem-solving instincts
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a full shift
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Food handler permit and MAST permit (or willingness to obtain both)
- Ability to safely operate and transport a food truck
The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
You take ownership. You lead with humility. You don't think any task is beneath you. You love developing people — especially young ones who are just figuring out what it means to work hard. And you genuinely want to help build something.

Come lead the truck. Build the team. Grow the business.
