The Big Train seeks a highly organized person with strong customer service skills to
serve as Food Services Coordinator for the 2026 season:
- Work with the GM and Director of Operations to establish an inventory and par system of items to
be used throughout the season. Provide an Inventory report to the GM and
Assistant GM after each game. - Work closely with the GM and Director of Operations to ensure all concession items are entered in
the POS system. Train interns and staff on the using the POS System. - Coordinate all picnics with the Picnic Coordinator to ensure all necessary food is
prepared and provided in a timely fashion. - Supervise all F&B Interns/staff in the concession stand on game nights to ensure
a great guest experience. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to avoid
long lines and is prepared as needed based on consumption. - Work closely with the GM and Director of Operations on a weekly staff schedule. You will be
expected to arrive 2 hours prior to each home game and stay until the game Is
complete, concession stand properly cleaned and necessary reports and
paperwork have been provided to the GM. - Ensure the concession stand is cleaned each night &, ready for the next home
game. - Make sure all concessions and picnic equipment are cleaned and properly stored
at the end of the season. Typically, around July 31; and - Prepare a report summarizing information about the 2026 picnics and
concessions, including revenue and expenditures and lessons learned with
recommendations to improve the food and drink experience for the 2025 season
by August 4. - Pass Food safe exam. To be paid for by the Big Train once passed.
- Payment will be $3,000.00 for a 22-26 Home Game Schedule with Possible Bonus Potential
