Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Coordinate private tours (booking, billing, staffing, etc.), leading tours, and providing support to PT staff.
- Support with staff orientations.
- Assist in the creation of daily schedules, agendas, Learning Through Baseball packets, etc.
- Deliver memorable experiences for Twins fans and guests.
- Connect with storytelling and maintain and high level of customer service.
- Design campaigns to attract more guests to visit Target Field.
- Focus on three key points: strategic communication, business development, and delivering memorable educational experiences at Target Field.
Required Experience and Education:
- Customer service skills, supervisory experience.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Desire to learn.
- Capability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to sudden changes of plans.
- Good time management and a high degree of organizational ability.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the Minnesota Twins history and baseball in general.
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
