Intern, Ticket Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage printing of group ticket batches and ensure accurate ticket processing.
- Help oversee the shipping process of all tickets.
- Provide direct support to game day staff during all ticketed events.
- Recognize and respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve ticket issues.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities to positively impact or enhance the game day experience for our guests.
- Co-manage community outreach programs such as Commissioner’s Initiative and TwinsCare.
- Work with the Community Engagement team to support all ticketing items related to these programs.
- Provide direct support to the Ticket Sales and Service team by actively managing the share inbox (processing payments, adjusting orders, solving customer issues, etc.)
- With a high level of attention to detail, validate all ticket purchase links for functionality and accuracy prior to activation.
- Assist with all special events such as State High School Tournaments, Concerts, and other non-Twins baseball ticketed events.
- Ensure ticket windows are fully equipped and operational for game day and validate Go Ahead Entry monoliths.
- Attend various company meetings along with weekly Ticket Operations department meetings.
- Assist Fan Services/Call Center during peak business hours.
- Support the Ticket Operations staff as needed.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with accuracy and timeliness in high pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Respect for intradepartmental relationships.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to think outside the box with an exploration mindset and integrative approach.
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of departments, seniority levels and personalities.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
