Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, chat or in-person. 
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. 
  • Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system. 
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. 
  • Support accounts setup and password resets for new and existing users. 
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software and applications. 
Required Experience and Education: 
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and mobility devices. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, email clients, and common business applications. 
  • Understanding of networking basis (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing). 
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. 
 
Time Commitment: January 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
