Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shoot community events, marketing materials, retail items and games as needed throughout the year. 
  • Organize and disperse photos from spring training, games, and community events for ease of access to members of the Club. 
  • Assist with the metadata input and uploading of Twins archives. 
  • Convert scanned slides, film, and photographs into digital format. 
  • Assist with daily games day needs, including shooting corporate signage, pregame on-field ceremonies, first pitches, national anthems, flag raisers, and batting practice buddies. 
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
  • Link with photography portfolio is required. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in PhotoMechanic and Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom and Photoshop. 
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and/or all home games as required. 
  • Ability to travel in-market for organizational event coverage. 
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Experience and/or coursework in Photography. 
 
Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
