Intern, Partnership Strategy

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Department Strategy & Internal Reporting:
- Assist in WBR/MBR reporting across the Partnerships group including sales pipeline insights, year-to-date revenue breakdown, inventory sell-through, etc.
- Research and discover new opportunities for the partnership team including, but not limited to; conducting category and industry research, creating company profiles for prospecting potential partners, and research and ideating new inventory, software, and tools for use to create added value for partners.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc analytics projects from start to finish with an affinity for automation, interpretability, and actionability.
- Collaborate on multiple cross-functional projects to help identify areas of improvement for the club and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to initiate new projects and research.
- Ability to work gamedays to assist Analytics and Partnerships team as needed.
- Assist with everyday processes and long-term projects as assigned.
Partnership Sales & Technology Support:
- Assist in managing Twins Partnerships inventory management system (KORE) to leverage their full capabilities, e.g., inventory sell -through reports, etc.
- Work closely with the Twins CRM team and Partnerships Sales team to recommend and implement improvements to the overall CRM landscape and sales process.
- Assist in delivering inventory and revenue-related reporting and insights, lead management, internal process improvement, and data manipulation.
- Support the development of data-backed go-to-market strategy for priority categories.
- Assist in the day-to-day relationship and project management with stakeholders that support the Partnership team to keep projects and support cases on time.
External Reporting & Pricing Analysis:
- Support annual rate card analysis for all sold and available assets, including social & digital series, in-stadium signage, etc.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, economics, or related field.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
- Technological aptitude: an ability to troubleshoot and learn complex systems to solve problems and questions.
- Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic.
- Ability to tell a business story from complex data.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in corporate partnerships, marketing, and advertising.
- Sports marketing experience.
- Experience working with Sports CRM software module (KORE Software, SSB, etc.).
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform (including, but not limited to, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps).
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
