Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Media Responsibilities: 
  • Support the execution and trafficking of campaigns including but not limited to television, digital, radio, paid social, collateral, OOH and print. 
  • Assists with Spring Training media planning and seasonal pocket schedules. 
  • reviews, tracks, and processes invoices and reconciles any discrepancies. 
  • Assist with campaign analysis across all owned channels, including building reporting decks and presentations for internal use. 
Project Management Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate and manage the Brand Marketing content requests process and work with the cross-functional team to ensure priorities are clear and projects are completed on-time for paid and owned channel needs. 
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multitasking and working under pressure. 
  • Must have experience and skills in programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 
  • Outstanding written communication, spelling and grammar skills. 
  • Creative and a desire to think outside the box. 
 
Time Commitment: January 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
