Intern, Maintenance & Game Day Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day facility maintenance and game day operations.
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, facility set up for game days, promotional item distribution, and special projects.
- Collaborate with other departments on their game day set up needs.
- Assist in sustainability efforts at Target Field.
- Extensive employee and customer involvement.
- Other operational duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education:
- College student or recent college graduate.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
- Interest in facility maintenance and event operations.
- Interest and ability to get forklift certified.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.
Hours: 40 hours/week; all home games are required.
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
