Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day facility maintenance and game day operations.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, facility set up for game days, promotional item distribution, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments on their game day set up needs.
  • Assist in sustainability efforts at Target Field.
  • Extensive employee and customer involvement.
  • Other operational duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education: 
  • College student or recent college graduate. 
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Interest in facility maintenance and event operations.
  • Interest and ability to get forklift certified.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
 
Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026. 
Hours: 40 hours/week; all home games are required. 
Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
